We believe that every person we encounter is a gift, offering us the opportunity to learn something new or to release something old. Each individual serves as a mirror, reflecting aspects of ourselves.
Imagine perceiving the outer world in this way, seeing all the triggers that evoke anger, sadness, happiness, or any other emotion as mirrors for self-discovery and growth, with the ultimate aim of personal evolution.
During this weekend retreat, we will guide you to the edge of your comfort zone. At this edge, you can deeply explore your inner world and become at ease with discomfort. Through activities such as play, dance, breathwork, emotional release, and other techniques, we will strengthen and open your nervous system. We will also harness the power of sharing, allowing you to express your inner world outwardly.
This retreat will be conducted in English. Language shouldn’t be a barrier; we can provide support in Dutch if needed. You can communicate fully and receive coaching in Dutch.

Cancellation policy: It can happen that, for whatever reason, you cannot participate in the training you paid for. For this, we adhere to the following:
- By paying for your participation, you agree to a non-refundable amount of 250 euros (for a 3-day training) or 500 euros (for a 6-day training) in case of cancellation on your part at least 14 days before the training.
- Cancellations within 7 days before the training are unfortunately non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure, you can reschedule your participation to another date in the future after consultation.

Facilitators:
Katerina and Yasser are seasoned group facilitators with backgrounds in the corporate world, where being in the head often takes center stage. Years ago, they embarked on their inner journeys to descend more from their heads to their bodies. They have gotten training in breathwork, yoga, tantra, sacred sexuality and shamanism. Now, they organize transformative retreats for both adults and families.
